Rates for water supply to seagoing vessels, valid from October 1st. 2009

AWW wants to deliver her clients maximum services against the best prices. Therefore we conducted a market research about the rates for water supply to seagoing vessels in de surrounding harbours.

We based this update of our rates on the results of the benchmark method we conducted. This has led up to lower charges for connection, a higher water price and the drop of the cost of 95 euro/night for the continuous disposal of appliances.

The simplified rates are:

1. Charges for connection: for vessels < 5.000 T (GRT) € 200,00*
                                      for vessels > 5.000 T (GRT) € 450,00*

2. Water price: € 3,10/m³.

3. Charges for extra services:

a. If a second connection for an extra standpipe is mounted simultaneously with the first standpipe, a discount of 50% is given on de charges of connection of the first standpipe.

b. For deliveries on Saturdays and on working days out of the working hours (from 7.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) the costs are raised by 50%.

c. For supplies on Sundays and legal holidays the charges are raised by 100%.


All prices are VAT excluded.
*The charges for connection will be indexed annualy (basis is the health index of October 1st. 2009).
